Kings festival planned at Lutheran church

YOUNGSTOWN — The Historic Lutheran Church of St. John, 1429 Mahoning Ave., will conduct a Kings Festival Celebration of Epiphany at 10:30 a.m. Sunday with the Holy Eucharist.
