Boulevard Park Block Watch to meet Tuesday

Boulevard Park Block Watch will have its monthly meeting from6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd.

Guest speakers will be Sophia Buggs of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. and Youngstown Councilman John R. Swierz, D-7th.
