YOUNGSTOWN — Effective Saturday, Waste Management will begin solid waste collection within the city of Youngstown.
Collection days will remain the same, but collection times may vary. To avoid being missed, city residents are asked to place refuse at the curb the night before their scheduled collection day.
Rules of collection have not changed; a copy of the collection rules can be obtained by calling Youngstown’s Department of Public Works at 330-742-8802 or by visiting www.cityofyoungstownoh.org.
