City of Canfield issues boil-water advisory for area

CANFIELD — The city has issued a precautionary boil-water order for residents of Talsman Drive from Hilltop Boulevard to Montgomery Drive until 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Water for drinking, cooking and oral hygiene should be boiled for at least one minute before use. Any resident experiencing discolored water should also consider following the boil order. Canfield has no evidence the water system was contaminated, but are advising residents to use this precautionary measure, according to a city press release.
