CANFIELD
Feb. 1
Warrants: Jourdan Mink, 20, of Lynn Mar Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on Boardman warrants charging forgery, receiving stolen property and passing bad checks.
Feb. 7
Drug abuse: Kimberly Lauer, 40, of Hood Drive, Canfield, was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 9
Warrant: Donald Phillips, 22, of Sunset Drive, Northeast, Warren, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear out of Columbiana County Sheriff.
Feb. 10
Drug abuse: Julian Fusillo, 20, of Elizabeth Place, Canfield was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 14
Warrant: Gregory Naypaver, 55, of Doncaster Drive, Youngstown was arrested for failure to appear on a Girard warrant charging open container.
Feb. 15
Drug offense: Lisa Ann Winwood, 33, of Columbia Street, Leetonia, was arrested on charges of drug possession, and drug-abuse instruments.
Feb. 16
Drug abuse: Antwon Martinez, 19, of 500 Todd Lane, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse.
AUSTINTOWN
Feb. 10
Theft: A male suspect was shoplifting at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: Daniel Papp, 28, of Sprucewood Court, Youngstown, was issued a summons charging possession of drug-abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
Receiving stolen property: Robert Cunningham, 20, of West Ohio St., Masury, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property. He is accused of stealing a Maxim windshield-repair machine, a computer, security system DVR, $377 from the register, $500 from the lottery cash box and 243 Ohio Lottery scratch-off tickets from the Valvoline Express store in Champion. He attempted to pawn some items at Austintown Pawn, 3700 Mahoning Ave. He also was charged with possession of drug-abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia and possession of oxycodone.
Oct. 11
Theft: A Huntington Bank book and gold chain were stolen at Steeltown Motors, 6617 Mahoning Ave.
Menacing: A male was threatened at Fred Martin Ford, 4701 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Aaron Bauman, 28, of Wilbur Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons charging theft. $382 was stolen from a lottery machine at The Manor, 3104 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Assault: A male assaulted a female employee at Jay-Jay’s Roadhouse, 4626 Mahoning Ave.
Feb.12
Theft: A woman’s purse was taken from an auto in the 4000 block of Westmont Drive.
Theft: A diamond ring was stolen at a home in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Aggravated robbery: A victim purchased two phones at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., and was robbed by two suspects threatening with a gun.
Theft: A suspect took a purse and fled on foot and then tossed the purse when pursued by a witness at the Wedgewood Plaza, 1747 S. Raccoon Road.
Warrant: Gage Sobon, 29, of East Harvest Ridge Drive, was arrested on a warrant charging criminal trespassing.
Aggravated menacing: Facebook threats were reported at a home in the 4000 block of S. Edgehill Avenue.
Identity theft: Unknown persons opened an account at a home in the 4000 block of Woodridge Drive.
Theft: A cell phone was stolen at Walmart.
Warrant: Michelle Law, 27, of Colonial Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Geauga County warrant charging failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Feb. 13
Drug offense: Rodney Cole Jr., 21, of Parkview Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons charging drug abuse of marijuana.
Identity theft: Unauthorized charges were reported at 717 Credit Union, 6460 Mahoning Ave.
Forgery: Forged or falsified checks were reported at Northeast Ohio Network, 5121 Mahoning Ave.
Recovered property: A pry bar and screw driver were located in a bag by the door at Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a checking account at a home in the 2000 block of S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Domestic violence: Timothy Grate, 37, of Crum Road was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Warrant: Andrew Craig, 21,of Edgewood St. NW, Warren was arrested on a warrant from Mansfield charging failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Theft: A bank card and cell phone were stolen at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Vernon Baldwin, 39, of N. Park Ave., Bristolville, was arrested on a warrant charging receiving stolen property and passing bad checks.
Domestic violence: Damian Oullette, 22, of N. Yorkshire Blvd., was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Theft: Weston Rajkovich, 23, Huntington Circle, Boardman, was issued a summons charging theft of $5.17 in chips and candy and possession of drug paraphernalia at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: A black suitcase was recovered from a dumpster containing evidence of marijuana at Perkins, 5550 Interstate Blvd.
Feb. 14
Criminal damaging: A brother “keyed” his sister’s vehicle in a parking lot in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Fraud: A 73-year-old victim sent $2,000 to an unknown suspect claiming to be a grandson at a home in the 1000 block of Ohltown Road.
Warrant: Damon Clark, 50, of Donation Street, Youngstown, was arrested on a bench warrant for a traffic charge and obstructing official business and two amended charges.
Assault: An assault was reported at Huntington Bank, 1732 S. Raccoon Road.
Menacing: Threats were made to a resident at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.
Drug offense: Julie Yates, 26, of 452 S. Raccoon Road, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, including alprazolam, methamphetamine, suboxone, and marijuana.
Theft: Kayla Sweitzer, 26, of Royal Mall, Niles, was arrested on a charge of felony theft at Walmart.
Lost or stolen property: A cell phone was lost or stolen at Walmart.
Drug offense: Kevin Kuszewski, 23, of Manhattan Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs, including hydrocodone and alprazolam.
Feb. 15
Theft: A chain link fence and two gates were stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Oakwood Avenue.
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted texts from an ex-husband’s new girlfriend were reported at a home in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.
Receiving stolen property: Marvin Williams, 53, of E. Liberty Road, Youngstown, was charged with receiving stolen property,
obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Feb. 16
Theft: A Blu-Ray/DVD player was stolen by an unknown suspect at Walmart and recovered.
Receiving stolen property: Andrew Edmiston, 33, of Crestview Ave., S.E., Warren, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property.
Drug offense: Katrell Jones, 25, of Southern Blvd., N.W., Warren was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
Criminal damaging: A window was broken on a car at BW-3, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
