2 firefighters to be sworn in Tuesday downtown

YOUNGSTOWN

The city will be adding two new firefighters Tuesday and promoting a third in a ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Central Fire Station downtown.

Being sworn in as new firefighters will be Patrick Holcomb and Zackary Whinery. Craig Tershel will be promoted from lieutenant to captain.

All three will be sworn in by Mayor John A. McNally.
