Medusa Recording Institute of Youngstown is having a band showcase, with the the winner receiving a prize package.
The all-ages event will take place at 2 p.m. April 6 at Tiffany’s Banquet Center, 601 Bedford Road.
Any band that performs original music is welcome to register to perform.
There is no fee to enter, but bands must complete an application and provide a demo recording.
The winning band will be selected by a drawing. Call 1-234-855-1800 for information.
The prize package includes:
Four concert tickets to a Motley Crue concert, compliments of WNCD-93 FM.
A Wuhan 16-inch China cymbal from the Drum Smith, Struthers.
A music video, provided by DP Visual Media.
Three songs recorded at Medusa Recording Institute.
A musical instrument accessory package, courtesy of Guitar Center.
