How many seed do you need?
Any gardener can go wild in the garden center right now when it comes to seeds. So have a plan before you go to buy. It will save you money, time and space in the garden. Most beans are 3-4 seeds per foot; carrots, 15-20; spinach, 12-15; turnips, 6-8.
