STRUTHERS
The Falcons rebounded from a 30-27 halftime deficit with a 20-12 third quarter as Jessie Driver scored nine of his game-high 34 points and Anthony Pangio tallied eight of his 10 points. Driver helped close out the win with a nine-point fourth quarter. Struthers forged its halftime lead with a 19-10 second quarter as Ray’Quan Phifer scored 10 of his 14 points. Tomeko Holness led the Wildcats with 18 points, including eight in the final quarter.
Jefferson 52, LaBrae 50
LEAVITTSBURG
Sage Cantini led all scorers with 25 points. The Falcons held the Vikings to 13 first-half points and limited Peyton Aldridge to just two baskets in the All-American Conference National Division victory. Cantini made all five of Jefferson’s 3-pointers. Aldridge led LaBrae with 18 points and eight rebounds. He was 12-of-14 at the foul line, but the Vikings weren’t able to overcome a 24-13 halftime deficit.
Girard 72, Champion 45
CHAMPION
Girard got 16 points from Dylan O’Hara, 10 rebounds from Evan Standohar and four assists from Deonte Brown, as the Indians rolled over Champion. The Flashes were led by Lucas Nasonti’s 14 points.

The Red Devils (13-6) held a 36-15 edge in the middle two quarters. Campbell was led by Daron Clinkscale with 15 points, Michael Williams with 13 and Aaron Jackson with 10. Lakeview (3-17) was paced by Jake Pishotti and Jake Rosowicz with eight points each.

Joe Cunningham and Andrew Armstrong each scored 15 points to lead the Cardinals. Marcus Penza netted 13. For the Eagles, Ryan Houston and Shawn Staple each scored nine points.

Terrell McClain had 29 points, eight rebounds and five steals to lead the Panthers (5-11). Daryl Anderson contributed 15 points and seven rebounds, Oasim Muhammad scored 13 points and Rashawn Boykin scores 12 points. Sir Summers led Northeast Prep (2-16) with seven points.

Paolo DePasquale scored 21 of his 33 points in the first half as the Rockets surged to a 57-25 lead at the break on their way to an easy ITCL intra-tier victory. Pat Mangine (23 points), Nick Ballone (18 points) and Alex Harklerode (10 points) also scored in double figures for Lowellville (17-3), which won its fifth game in a row. Alec Dumbauld had a team-high 15 points for East Palestine (4-15).

The Lions’ Glenn Hoffman and the Blue Devils’ Austin Rutecki staged a 3-point shooting duel — combining for 10 long-range shots and 52 points. Hoffman led all scorers with 30 points, but Rutecki matched his five 3-pointers and the Blue Devils (16-4) also picked up 13 points from Avery Andric, 12 from Josh Craig and 10 from Matt Spencer. Andric made three 3s and Spencer added two. Spencer and Craig each had nine rebounds and Josh Liberati had nine assists.

Devin Rice led the Clippers with 14 points. Also scoring in double figures were Dalton Miller with 13 and Gannon Hartley with 10. For the Bears, Josh Faulkner scored 17 points, Davis Evans 12 and James Shea 10.

West Branch led 27-20 at halftime and 38-36 after three quarters but couldn’t hold on to the lead. Kip DeShields led the Warriors (5-15, 3-11 Northeastern Buckeye Conference) with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Jerian Thomas added 11 points and Jake Evanoff had 10.

Jared Lyder scored 38 points and Chase Hilliard added 20 as the Beavers won in a consolation round game of the OVAC Tournament. The teams combined to shoot 11-for-22 from 3-point range. Josh Underwood added 13 points and Chandler Cornell 12 for Beaver Local which held a 35-33 edge in a wild fourth quarter.

Parker Rickey dominated with 35 points and 15 rebounds and the Bombers (14-5, 11-2 Northeastern Athletic Conference) rode a 23-6 first-quarter spurt to a victory. Stephen Kacenski added 10 points and five steals for Windham. Brandon Bates led the Braves with 24 points and seven steals.

CANFIELD
Deja Sanders scored 28 points to lead the Ravens who outscored the Cardinals 27-12 in the final quarter. Autumn Retherford scored 10 points for Ravenna (16-6). Junior Rachel Tinkey scored 38 points to lead Canfield (13-7).

Tazhia Petitt scored 14 points and made 12 rebounds for Canton McKinley (17-5) in Thursday’s game. Lexi Karovic and Ty Newkirk also scored 14 points. For the Irish (10-10), Tanaya Beacham led with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
