WARREN — Bond of $20,000 was set during arraignment hearing today in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court for Norman Mullet, 34, of state Route 87 in Mesopotamia, charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition.
Mullet is accused of having sexual contact with a 10-year-old girl. He pleaded innocent. He was arrested Monday and taken to the county jail after a grand jury indicted him on the charges last week.
