Downtown Youngstown streets closed for First Night activities

YOUNGSTOWN — These downtown streets will be closed from 4 p.m. to midnight Wednesday for the 15th annual First Night Youngstown New Year’s Eve observance: East Federal Street from Central Square to Champion Street; West Federal Street from Central Square to Phelps Street; Market Street from Central Square to Boardman Street; Wick Avenue from Central Square to Commerce Street and Champion Street between Boardman and Commerce streets.
