WHAT’S NEXT in PRESIDENTIAL SEARCHES

University of Akron has narrowed its search to three candidates, one being Jim Tressel. Trustees are interviewing candidates this week.

Youngstown State University has narrowed its search from 38 candidates to six, including Tressel. The YSU Presidential Search Advisory Committee is planning to have final candidates visit campus by mid-May. Trustees hope to have a new president in place by July 1.
