Mahoning County Mental Health Board Contract details

Duane Piccirilli, head of Help Hotline Crisis Center, was hired Thursday as executive director of the Mahoning County Mental Health Board. Piccirilli’s contract details include:

Salary: $112,000 per year.

Contract duration: May 1, 2014 — Dec. 31, 2016.

Paid perks: Cellular telephone; group life insurance in the amount of $112,000; three weeks vacation annually, with a maximum accrual of six weeks; sick leave accumulating at 4.6 hours per each 80 hours of service, with no limit on accumulation and, upon separation of employment, receives pay for one-half of unused sick leave up to 120 days; professional liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million total coverage; business expenses incurred in performance of duties.
