Great American Meatout event coming Sunday to Boardman church

BOARDMAN — “The Great American Meatout” is coming to the Evergreen Seventh-day Adventist Church, 7668 Glenwood Ave., from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

Dr. James Krystosik, radio talk show host of “The Other Side of Medicine,” will be a guest speaker at the event, which also includes a vegan dinner, free blood-pressure screenings, free drawing for door prizes and free child care.

Tickets at the door are $18 for adults and $13 for children under 12. There is limited seating.
