YWCA offers health fair for women

YOUNGSTOWN

The YWCA of Youngstown, 25. W. Rayen Ave., is offering a program, “If Scales Could Speak! Weight Loss 101,” a health fair for women, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. April is Minority Health Month in Ohio.

The heath fair includes a yoga session and information about fad diets and weight loss, weight loss and its relationship with diseases, nutrition, and healthy meal preparation; free chair massages, educational hand-outs, giveaways, door prizes and healthy food sampling.

The event, free and open to the public, is funded by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health. Call 330-746-6361 for information.
