Accident causes traffic tie-up on I-680

YOUNGSTOWN — Traffic on Interstate 680 North near the Connecticut Avenue exit is backed up because of an accident.

A spokesman for the department said he did not have details on the accident or if anyone was injured. He did not know how long traffic will be tied up.
