CANFIELD
April 13
Warrant: Police arrested Kim Caspary, 27, of Jersey Street, Lake Milton, for failure to appear on a warrant out of Mahoning County Area Court, Austintown.
April 15
Drugs charges: Police arrested Brandon Daniels, 19, of Canton, on charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; Bruce Daniels Jr., 40, same address, arrested on the same charges; and Richard Delp, 50, of Jersey Street, Lake Milton, arrested on a charge of drug possession.
April 18
Drug charge: Police arrested Brandie Poynter, 20, of Goshen Road, Salem, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 19
Warrant: Police arrested Fred Wilkinson, 31, of Struthers on a warrant from Mahoning County Area Court, Sebring, for failure to comply with probation.
Warrant: Police arrested Joseph Allen, 19, North Hartford Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation.
April 20
Drug charges: Police arrested Joseph Jenkins, 25, of Lisbon Street, Canfield, on a charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
AUSTINTOWN
April 14
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Vandalism: Three school windows were broken out at Austintown Early Learning Center, 4211 Evelyn Road.
Identity theft: Fraudulent tax returns were filed in the name of a homeowner who lives in the 6000 block of Bowman Avenue.
Theft: A wallet was stolen from an auto parked at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Andrea Queen, 42, of Robert Frost Drive, on a warrant for probation violation.
Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Bobby Featsent, 32, of Maple Avenue, for disorderly conduct.
Identity theft: A tax return was fraudulently filed in the name of a homeowner who lives in the 500 block of Boulder Creek.
April 15
Breaking and entering: The tower site for T-Mobile, 5530 Dunlap Road, had copper cut and stolen from it in the past few months.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Vivian Ferguson, 58, of Idaho Road, on a charge of a theft from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Police arrested David Buchanan ,40 of Callaway Circle, on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation.
Domestic violence: Police arrested Gianna Duponty, 31, of Avalon Court, on a charge of domestic violence.
Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 6000 block of New Road.
April 16
Criminal trespassing: Police arrested Chad Kimble, 32, no address listed, for criminal trespassing at Walmart.
Disturbance: Multiple family members were involved in a disturbance at a home in the 100 block of Idaho Road.
Menacing: Threats of violence toward an employee were reported at McDonald’s restaurant, 5524 Mahoning Ave.
Felonious assault: A male suspect was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center after reporting he was assaulted at a home in the 200 block of North Main Street.
April 17
Fraud: An unidentified person tried opening an account in a woman’s name. The victim lives in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: Lawn ornaments were stolen from a home in the 100 block of North Edgehill Avenue.
Criminal damaging: Someone used a key to damage the finish of a vehicle in a parking lot in the 4000 block of Nantucket Boulevard.
Theft: Medication was taken by a home-health aide from an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Auto theft: A 2005 Pontiac G-6 was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Aggravated robbery: Suspects, including a male and female, fled the Burger King restaurant, 5310 Mahoning Ave., after a robbery.
Theft: An iPhone was taken from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
April 18
Theft: Police issued a summons to Wesley Smidt, 24,of Woodworth Road, North Lima, on a charge of summons for theft at Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: Damage to a tire was reported at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.
Identity theft: An online account was opened in the name of the victim who lives at a home in the 700 block of Carlin Drive.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Amy Lynn Hall, 24, of Donald Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of theft for allegedly taking of $91 in merchandise from Walmart, and also issued a summons to Ashley Crislip, 24, of Tod Avenue, Warren, on a charge of theft for allegedly taking $119 in merchandise from Walmart.
Theft: Two Werner ladders were stolen from Austintown Self-Storage, 5370 Clarkins Drive.
April 19
Arrest: Police arrested Mark Kapsal, 30, of New Road, on charges of assault.
Theft: Police arrested Morgan Chestnut, 31, of Newcomber, W.Va., on a charge of theft for allegedly taking $231 from Walmart, and also on a warrant out of West Virginia.
Drug offense: Police arrested Calvin Taylor, 18, of Risher Road, Youngstown, on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Warrant: Police arrested Gerald Desavigny, 26, of Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
April 20
Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Joseph Green, 26, of Holliday Drive, Berlin Center, on a charge of disorderly conduct at the Austintown Plaza.
Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Dennis Kitchen, 52, no address listed, on a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damaging and endangering at McDonald’s restaurant, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Catherine Nichols, 28, of South Davis Street, Girard, on a warrant on the charge of possession of drugs.
Theft: A Cub Cadet mower was stolen from the lot at Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave. Two suspects were seen in a Silver Dodge truck with an extended cab, black rims and a loud exhaust.
