Waterfire returns to Sharon, pa.

SHARON, PA.

“WaterFire Sharon,” the downtown celebration of the fine and performing arts that features the ceremonial illumination of torches in the Shenango River at dusk, will return for its second season on three Saturdays this summer and fall.

This year’s “WaterFire” themes and dates are: “Elements,” July 19; “Origins,” Aug. 23; and “Motion,” Sept. 27.

Some 70,000 visitors attended the three “WaterFire Sharon” events last year.
