Annual Victims Rights Week vigil Tuesday in Warren

WARREN

The Trumbull County chapter of Parents of Murdered Children will have its annual Victim Rights Week Vigil at 7 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 309 N.Park Ave., to commemorate loved ones lost to violent crime.

Speaker will be Judge Timothy Cannon of the 11th District Court of Appeals. Each person attending will light a candle for a loved one.
