Louie will host a 10 a.m. segment with special guests Rose Carter of ACTION along with Guy Burney of CIRV.
The Community Initiative to Reduce Violence (CIRV) is a partnership of law enforcement, social service agencies, and the community to reduce gun violence in the City of Youngstown. ACTION is a grassroots community organization which seeks to unite faith groups, schools, neighborhood organizations, tenant councils, and other non-profits to work for social justice.
Carter and Burney will talk a bit more about the goals of their organizations and how they work to make Youngstown a better place.
