What: American Daffodil Society Regional Show highlights variety of spring daffodils.

Garden Scavenger Hunt
When: April 26, 1-2 p.m.
What: Afternoon scavenger hunt fun for the whole family as you tour the gardens. Get to know the ins and outs of the grounds and the plants.

Organic Composting
When: April 26, 30; May 3, 7; 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturdays; 4-8 p.m. Wednesdays.
What: Learn everything you need to know to make windrows and backyard bin piles. Based on National Organic Standards.

Flower Essences
When: April 27, 2-3:30 p.m.
What: Bridget Beck will lead you through the art of creating flower essences, including meditation, journaling, plant observation, essence extraction. Flower essence therapy was developed in the 1930s by English physician, Dr. Edward Bach, as a way to assure emotional well-being and mind-body health. Part of the class outdoors, rain or shine.

Whimsical Toad or Fairy House
When: April 29, 5:30- 8 p.m.
What: Lynn Cardwell will help students create a whimsical toad or fairy house for the garden. It will be glazed, fired and ready for pick up in about 5 weeks.

Fruit Tree Pruning & Care
When: April 29, 6-8 p.m.
What: Eric Barrett, OSU Ext. educator, will present expert knowledge about fruit tree selection, pruning and care.
