Sept. 28 presentation to focus on genocide and atrocities

VILLA MARIA, PA. — “The Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities in Light of Catholic Social Teaching” will be presented by Dr. Richard D. Clark from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 28 at Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center.

Dr. Clark, director of the Peace, Justice and Human Rights Program at John Carroll University in Cleveland, will share personal stories from his experience with the Genocide International Network. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the InterReligious Task Force in Cleveland.
