OSHP troopers arrest two Columbiana Co. men on OVI charges

LISBON — Troopers with the Lisbon post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested two men over the weekend who have multiple operating a motor vehicle under the influence convictions.

A news release from the post said Donald A. Ross Jr., no age given, of Wellsville, was pulled over at Y and O Road in Columbiana near state Route 267 for a lane violation and arrested for OVI, possession of marijuana, no seat belt and open container.

He is expected to be arraigned in East Liverpool Municipal Court today. He has six prior convictions for OVI.

About 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Jeffrey L. Reynolds, also of Wellsville, was stopped at County Road 417 and Township Road 900 for driving left of center and he was arrested for OVI and a warrant for failure to appear on a previous OVI charge. He is expected to be arraigned in Lisbon Municipal Court today. He also has six prior convictions for OVI, the release said.
