NEW MIDDLETOWN — Gov. John Kasich will attend Monday’s dedication of the $375 million Hickory Bend Cryogenic Processing Plant on South State Line Road in New Middletown.
NiSource Midstream Services formed a partnership with the exploration and production company Hilcorp Energy last year to construct the facility. The project is nearly complete.
The facility consists of 55 miles of wet-gas gathering lines in Northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania, where Hilcorp has been actively drilling, or preparing to drill.
