The Youngstown State football team is tied with Western Illinois 14-14 after three quarters of Saturday's game at Stambaugh.
The Leathernecks scored the only touchdown of the third quarter on a 9-yard TD pass from Trenton Norvell to Lance Lenoir to cap a 12-play, 99-yard drive.
The Penguins have a first down at the WIU 24 to open the fourth quarter.
