ASSOCIATIONS

International Torch Clubs Youngstown Chapter will have a dinner and discussion meeting at 6 p.m. Oct. 21 in Kilcawley Center, Bresnahan Rooms I & II, at Youngstown State University. Dr. Charles W. Judge Thomas Swift will speak about the holdings in the archives across the street from the courthouse. A recent flood has prompted concern about the condition and safety of the valuable records.
