A 41-year-old woman reported she was punched once in the face by a man 25 to 35 years old she didn’t know as she walked at Hillman Street and Judson Avenue at 3:54 p.m. Saturday.
The punch left her with a lump “the size of a baseball,” bleeding and deep red, a Youngstown police officer said.
The woman said the man and another man got out of their four-door gray car. The man said, “Let me holler at you,” before he hit her. Then both got back in the car and left.
The victim said she suspects the man was acting on behalf of a woman she’s been fighting with. The suspect is about 5-feet-10 and 130 pounds with light black skin.
