David G. McMurray Jr., 33, Tulane Avenue, Youngstown, driving while under the influence of alcohol.
April Blosser, 29, East Market Street, Warren, theft and two counts of receiving stolen property.
Jamal Moody, 19, Thornton Avenue and Juan Phillips, 29, Thornton Avenue, trafficking in marijuana, carrying concealed weapons and tampering with evidence.
Gracie L. Rollins, 27, Zedaker Avenue and Mark A. Moody, 25, Zedaker Avenue, obstructing justice, aggravated robbery and robbery with a firearm specification.
Michael Joliff, 28, West Third Street, Niles, burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property.
Randolph Moore, 20, Hilton Avenue, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Tamara Chatman, 30, Hilton Avenue; Shequila Daniels, 19, East Boston Avenue; and Chiquana McIntosh, 25, Kendis Circle, obstructing justice.
