ASSOCIATIONS
Mill Creek Chapter of American Business Women’s Association will meet June 11 at A La Cart Restaurant, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. Adam Lee will speak on nutrition for all ages. Networking will begin at 6 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6:30. The menu will be a variety of croissant sandwiches, pasta salad, garden salad and strawberry mousse at the cost of $15. Campbell Memorial High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Denny’s Restaurant in Boardman. All classmates and spouses are invited.

That Quilt Group I Belong To will meet June 18 at Fair Park in Canfield. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6. New officers will be installed, and a potluck dinner will be served. Members are asked to take a covered dish. After the dinner there will be a presentation on the history of the group, which is open to all interested quilters at all skill levels. Youngstown Chapter of International Torch Clubs’ dinner-discussion meeting will take place June 17 at Pete’s Place, Kilcawley Center, on the campus of Youngstown State University. The speaker will be Dr. Thomas Copeland on “John McCormack: The Tenor Whom Caruso Acknowledged as His Equal.” The public is invited.
