The U.S. Census Bureau lists Youngs-town as the community with a population of at least 50,000 to have the highest population decline percentage between the 2010 census and July 2012 estimates. Here are the top 10.
1. Youngstown: 2.4 percent
2. Flint, Mich.: 1.9 percent
3. Detroit: 1.7 percent
4. Dearborn, Mich.: 1.7 percent
5. Dearborn Heights, Mich.: 1.6 percent
6. Taylor, Mich.: 1.6 percent
7. Cleveland: 1.5 percent
8. Westland, Mich.: 1.4 percent
9. Lakewood, Ohio: 1.4 percent
10. Hammond, Ind.: 1.4 percent
