Clock and Watch show is Saturday in Kirtland

KIRTLAND

Clock and watch collectors from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Canada will display their private collections at the Regional Clock and Watch Show from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Lakeland Community College, 7700 Clocktower Drive.

Visitors can find rare and preserved clocks and watches, antique timepieces, parts, tools, books and supplies.

Don Barrett, owner of City Bank Antiques of Kent, will impersonate Webb C. Ball, Cleveland inventor of synchronized watches.

Experienced collectors will educate visitors how to repair and restore clocks and watches and polish brass. Educational seminars and the author’s lecture start at 10:30 a.m. Admission is $5. Educational sessions are free.
