A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against these people on these charges:

Richard Ditosto, 21, Edger Avenue, failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer.

Donald Dunlap III, 25, Berlin Station Road, Berlin Center, possession of heroin.

James Tinker, 25, Edinburgh Avenue, possession of marijuana.

Phillip Butcher, 18, South Main Street, Niles, theft.

Alex Parent, 27, North Edgehill Avenue, Austintown, grand theft.

Kenneth Wanamaker III, 32, Lauderdale Avenue, two counts of robbery.

Michael Stevenson, 30, Steel Street, unauthorized use of a cable property or services, vandalism and possessing criminal tools.

Robert Youngblood, 57, Cabot Avenue, unauthorized use of a cable property or services, vandalism and possessing criminal tools.

Julia Butler, 28, Bears Den Road, tampering with evidence and possession of heroin.

Jimmy Moore Jr., 29, Richmond Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Damon James, 43, South Schenley Avenue or Edenridge Avenue Boardman, domestic violence.

Alphonso West, 44, Manhattan Avenue, domestic violence.

Roberto Yates, 29, Clarencedale Avenue, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the unruliness, delinquency of a child.

Carl Hardy, 18, Hudson Avenue, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the unruliness, delinquency of a child.

Lisa Farkas, 44, Canterbury Lane, Boardman, theft.

Phillip Hardy, 21, West Judson, receiving stolen property.

Myron Dibenedetto, 48, Erskine Avenue, Boardman, forgery and receiving stolen property.

Elizabeth Gorski, 48, Maramount Drive, Boardman, grand theft.
