Zaryl Bush, charged in death of 14-year-old boy, now jailed without bond


YOUNGSTOWN — Zaryl Bush, charged in the death of 14-year-old Teddy Foltz of Struthers in January, will remain in Mahoning County jail until his trial date in May.

Bush had been jailed on a $1 million bond, but prosecutors today asked Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of common pleas court to remove that bond and keep Bush in jail without bond.

Atty. Ronald Yarwood, representing Bush, did not oppose the prosecutor's request.
