Man dead, woman wounded in W. Pa. home invasion

MCKEESPORT, Pa. (AP) — A man is reportedly dead and a woman has been wounded in a home invasion shooting near Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County authorities say at least one person burst into the home in McKeesport about 5:40 a.m. today.

Police have not publicly identified or charged a suspect.

The woman was taken to a hospital with injuries to her head and hand.

McKeesport is about 10 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
