Police: Vehicle stolen in burglary at Stoop's home
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Police in Norman are investigating a burglary at the home of Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops, a Youngstown native.
Norman police Lt. Eric Lehenbauer says a vehicle and other items were stolen early Wednesday from Stoops’ home. Lehenbauer tells The Oklahoman that several members of the Stoops family were home at the time of the burglary, but no one was injured. It wasn’t immediately clear if Stoops was home during the burglary. He and several Oklahoma players were in Wichita, Kan., on Wednesday night for an appearance at an OU Club of Wichita event.
