Phantoms seeking promo team girls
YOUNGSTOWN
The Youngstown Phantoms will have auditions for the 2013-14 promo team and ice crew on Aug. 15 at Covelli Centre. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. with interviews and auditions at 5 p.m. Enthusiastic, outgoing, athletic young ladies who will interact with fans and participate in all game elements and community events are needed. Auditionees must be at least 16 and have previous dance or cheerleading experience. Ice skating experience is required for the ice crew. ‘Bagful of Fables’ by youth theater

The Youngstown Playhouse Youth Theatre will present “A Bagful of Fables” at 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Aug. 4 in the Playhouse’s Moyer Room.
The children’s play presents Aesop’s fables in a fresh and funny way.
