Kokrak shoots 73, finishes tied for 31st
OAKVILLE, ONTARIO Jason Kokrak shot a 1-over 73 in the final round of the RBC Canadian Open on Sunday and finished at 6-under 282, 10 shots behind winner Brandt Snedeker.
Kokrak, a Warren JFK graduate, was playing at Glen Abbey Golf Club in his native Ontario. He was one of nine players at 6-under, including Vijah Singh, Sang-Moon Bae, J.J. Henry, Ryan Palmer, Stuart Appleby, David Mathis, Chez Reavie and Jeff Maggert.
Kokrak's final round included birdies on Nos. 8, 9 and 17. He bogeyed Nos. 1 and 10 and took a double-bogey 5 on No. 4, the same he aced on Saturday, when the hole-on-one helped him to a third-round 69.
Snedeker shot 2-under 70 on Sunday to finish at 16-under 272, three shots ahead of four players — William McGirt, Dustin Johnson, Matt Kuchar and Jason Bohn.
