BOARDMAN
A township man was indicted by a federal grand jury this week, accused of aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft.
A news release from Steven M. Dettelbach, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, said Travis D. Krzysztofiak, 34, is accused of aiming the beam of a laser pointer at a helicopter making an approach to Akron Children’s Hospital June 15.
The case was investigated by the FBI and Boardman Police Department.
