Touville agrees to three-day suspension; hearing averted
A settlement has been reached between Sgt. James Touville and the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Department. Touville agrees to a three-day unpaid suspension. That eliminated the need for a predisciplinary hearing that had been scheduled for today. The administrative charges against Touville stemmed from a traffic stop of county auditor Michael V. Sciortino.
