Michael and Theresa Calautti of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Calautti, to Patrick Birch, both of Boardman.
Parents of the future groom are Richard and Nancy Birch of New Middletown.
The exchange of vows will take place at the 1:30 p.m. March 9 wedding ceremony at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Boardman. A reception will honor the couple at Antone’s Banquet Center, also in Boardman. Invitations will be issued to both.
The bride-elect received a bachelor’s degree in visual arts education from Youngstown State University and is working on a master’s degree in educational leadership at Concordia University.
The prospective groom received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Baldwin Wallace and is working on a master’s degree in educational administration at YSU.
They are employed by Boardman Local Schools. She is a high school photography teacher. He is a high school history teacher and head basketball coach.
