New Warren City Council President Jim Graham took the oath of office Monday evening in Warren City Council chambers, administered by Warren Municipal Court Judge Terry Ivanchak, right. With Graham are, from left, his wife, Nitza, and two grandsons, Jimmy and Johnny Graham. All members of city council took the oath of office, including new 1st Ward Councilman Larry Larson.
