YOUNGSTOWN — Vice Squad members cited three people for underage drinking at about 12:10 a.m. today in the parking lot of an East Midlothian Boulevard bar where five people were arrested last week after a series of brawls.
Cited at Pal Joey's was Dallas Tripoulas, 18, of Warren; Quentin Lewis, 20, of Youngstown; and Ariel Painter, 20, of Panama City, Fla.
All were summoned to appear in Municipal Court this morning.
