Jason and Catherine (Crowe) MacCartney of Jacksonville, Fla., are announcing the birth of their daughter, Julia Thorson. She was born July 10 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. The infant has a brother, Jett. Grandparents are Dolores and John Kountz of Poland, Jack and Laura MacCartney of Boardman, and Jenny and Roy Haynes of Middleburg, Fla. Great-grandparents are Helen Blasko of Boardman and Dorothy Thorson of Newark, Ill.
George C. Jr. and Heather M. (Glidden) Kovach of San Diego, Calif., are announcing the birth of their son, George Charles Kovach III. He was born April 28 at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Newborns in San Diego. Grandparents are Evelyn M. Kovach of Poland and Dennis and Sheri Glidden of San Diego. Great-grandparents are Mildred E. Murphy of Boston, Elizabeth A. Kovach of Poland and Lauraine E. Loudon of San Diego.
