Devon Moreland, 22, West Philadelphia Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Matthew Miller, 31, Sixth Street, Struthers, breaking and entering.

Michael Jenkins, 34, West Lucius, menacing by stalking, burglary, abduction and intimidation.

Ardrian Lewis Sr., 35, Shadyside Drive, passing bad checks.

Michelle Valentino, 41, Bancroft Avenue, domestic violence.

Latrina Muldrow, 32, South Glenellen, arson.

Kerri Lynn Cameron, 24, Matta Avenue, possession of heroin .

Shane Lowther, 26, Bouquet Avenue, possession of heroin.

Lucky Mitchell, 30, East Warren Avenue, assault and vandalism.

Dale Lowe, 21, Unity Road, New Springfield, theft.
