WARREN — Police said Jeremy Cole, 21, was living at 2220 Oak St. SW when he was shot to death at the residence Thursday.
A second person, Melissa M. Putman, 29, of that address was also shot but survived, police said.
Cole was found inside the home, while Putnam was found in the street on nearby Oak Circle.
The shooting took place at 12:10 p.m.
