Downtown Youngstown street closed Thursday for NAMII ceremony

YOUNGSTOWN — West Boardman Street between Hazel and Vindicator Square will be closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday for the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute grand opening ceremony.
