Stormwater, rain garden workshop Saturday

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. is hosting a free Stormwater and Rain Garden workshop from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday on Mineral Springs Avenue on the city’s South Side.

The seminar will discuss the negative effects of urban stormwater runoff, and will explain rain garden design and construction.
