First National Bank has hired Kelly Maze as vice president of private banking. Based in Youngstown, Maze will support the loan and deposit needs of high net worth clients in Mahoning, Trumbull, Lake and Geauga counties.

Farmers National Bank Corp. has hired Robert J. Weigel of Poland. Weigel will serve as a customer service and sales agent for the insurance department. Before working at Farmers, Weigel worked in similar capacities at USI Insurance Company and First Place Insurance.

Health care

Jenifer Marki was named Shepherd of the Valley- Poland Employee of the Month for August. Marki is a residential assistant and has been employed in the Poland community since December 2010.
