Youngstown State defeats Northern Iowa

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown State University football team improved to 4-0 on Saturday with a dramatic 42-35 victory over Northern Iowa.

It was the Penguins’ first win over the Panthers since 2000.

The game ended with the Penguins defense knocking away a Panthers pass into the end zone.

Attendance at Stambaugh Stadium was 19,277.
