Campbell shooting victim identified
CAMPBELL
James Hills, 47, of 101 Monroe St., has been identified as the man shot to death Wednesday night in the Kirwan Homes. The shooting occurred in a Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority parking lot. Police caught up with Hills in a Jean Street apartment, bleeding from his stomach. Hills said a man with a black hoodie on shot him. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he died.
